3. VISITOR MANAGEMENT - Manage your guests, deliveries, cab entries by creating pre-approved entries and authorizing unannounced arrivals with just one tap. Now manage multiple visitors with a single-entry code.
4. MANAGE YOUR DOMESTIC HELP - Get notified when the domestic help enters or leaves the Society. You can also record their attendance and find suitable domestic help.
5. DIGITAL NOTICE BOARD – Get notified and stay updated with all important information from society with digital notices or circulars.
6. PANIC ALERT - Help is just a long press away. Automatically send your live location to the security guard and family in case of an emergency.
7. TENANT MANAGEMENT –You can change your flat occupancy status and add or remove tenants from your flat by using this feature. Manage and keep track of the tenants while the admin manages the tenant verification process.
8. VEHICLE MANAGEMENT - Add vehicles as per your parking permit configured by your society admin through admin Portal and track your registered vehicle entry/exit.
9. AMENITIES BOOKING – Booking a Society Amenity is now quick and easy. A hassle-free authorized access to the facilities at your fingertips.

APP TO APP CALLING: App to App calling feature will help you to connect with other residents, their family members and committee members of respective society without showcasing their mobile numbers. Without displaying the name and number, Primary residents can be contacted by the society guards in case of emergency.
11. COMMUNITY - You can now raise and track complaints, contact your neighbors and management committee members of your society.
12. SELF-REGISTRATION - No more dependency on your society admin, now you can register your details and get your society registered with JioGate application.
